October 5 | Monument Fall Mini {$50 DEPOSIT ONLY)

Sessions will be held near a trail in Monument. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the area I will be shooting in. You will receive an email with directions and any further instructions/helpful tips.

*Time slots are available but please be mindful that the time slot may potentially alter slightly based on any seasonal changes so please keep your schedule as flexible as you can.

**I try my best to schedule sessions around peak season times BUT we live in an ever-changing state so I cannot guarantee what the fall foliage will look like. Weather, seasonal drought and wind conditions all play a part in determining fall colors and peak time.

The mini session will last 15 minutes and is for up to 6 people. Additional people are $15/person.

Please arrive 10 minutes PRIOR to your session to allow time to park and get you and your family ready. Your session will start promptly.
Late arrival forfeits time slot so please be early.

The remaining balance of $150 is due the date of the session-no exceptions. You will be sent an email with your invoice with the remaining balance owed prior to your session date. You will not receive your gallery until the session fee has been paid in full.

Images will be delivered via an online gallery. You will select the 6 included images for download and have the option to purchase additional images. Additional images may be purchased at $20/image. Images will be available for high-resolution digital download with print release. Printing options are available via the gallery as well.

Heather Ann Photography (HAP) is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. YOU are responsible for your children. Please be courteous to other clients during their session.

An alternate date will be provided if the session is canceled due to inclement weather. I DO NOT CANCEL/RESCHEDULE FOR light snow, light rain, overcast skies, moderate wind, or cold temperatures so please dress appropriately.

In order to showcase HAP's talents and portfolio as a photographer, I require the use of any images online for the promotion of myself. The images produced from your session may be used on social media platforms, websites, as part of contests, and in promotional work such as special offer flyers/ business cards handed out to the general public.

HAP retains all copyrights to all images created during the client's session. A print release will be provided to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering into contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission.

It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, screenshot, alter, or otherwise steal any un-purchased images created by HAP from an online gallery.
